In-app help
If you're signed in, the Help Centre inside the app has step-by-step guides. On iPhone, open Settings > Help & Support. On the web, open Helpfrom your dashboard. There you'll find getting-started guides, an overview of where our market data comes from, and a way to send us a message.
Managing your subscription
Subscriptions purchased on iPhone are managed through your Apple Account (Settings > your name > Subscriptions). Subscriptions purchased on the web are managed from your account settings in the app. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current period and then reverts to the free Jackaroo plan.
